Field Biologist Timm Kaminski howls to a pack of wolves - sometimes the wolves howl back, but not this time. Kaminski is the head of the Idaho Wolf Relocation Project, keeping track of the 32 gray wolves tagged and released in Idaho in 1995 and 1996. In bottom left photo he uses an electronic tracker, picking up the signal of a tagged wolf. We got close, but never saw the wolf. The gray wolf pictured is from a research facility.
